Linda El-Amin has over 20 years of diversity experience and training as a Diversity Coordinator and Ambassador for numerous corporations and organizations. As an educator she has promoted award winning initiatives in her classrooms through her classroom curriculum, meetings throughout the school environment. She has traveled throughout the world making two trips to Rome, Paris, Turkey, and Bosnia promoting diversity and open dialogue.

Implementation of actions connecting you with the social, political, and economic fabric of the community of stakeholders which it serves.
Informal community interviews and community cultural identity focus groups to identify how United Visions can help you deconstruct existing market inequalities.
Identify best practices for the elimination of systemic racism and dualism which sub optimized community social responsibility.
Established clear metrics and measurement tools to track the impact and effectiveness of the diversity, equity and inclusion plan.

Develop and implement strategies that prioritizes resources to ensure Diversity, Equality and Inclusion Plan that meets and achieves fair and equitable outcomes within the community.
